Randy Strutz
Randy Strutz is President of Quality Carriers, the largest bulk chemical trucking carrier in North America and is based at their HQ in Tampa, FL. Randy has been in logistics for over 20 years after a career in accounting and manufacturing, spending 15 years in the Columbus, OH area before moving to Tampa. He has four quadruplet sons.
Christopher Garrand
Chris began his role at Quality Carriers in 2016, with prior Finance positions at CPG multinationals such as Nestle’, Novartis and ConAgra Foods, including international assignments in Russia and Latin America. During personal time, Chris has enjoyed practicing various Martial Arts for four decades.
Anne Laughlin
In her role as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Anne oversees the Legal, Human Resources and Environmental Services departments. Anne has been with QC since 2018. Prior to joining QC, Anne was a senior business attorney at The Dow Chemical Company and, prior to Dow, was a law firm associate at multiple BigLaw firms in Washington, D.C. When not working (and sometimes while working), Anne tries to keep up with her very energetic son, and enjoys traveling and baking.
Chris Silfies
Chris has been in the trucking industry for nearly three decades, and has extensive experience working with cement and dry bulk deliveries. In his role as Senior Director – Operations, Chris uses his vast knowledge to ensure the success of our operations throughout the Northeastern United States.
Chris Weaver
Chris has dedicaded over three decades to the trucking industry, and now serves as Senior Director – East Operations, where he oversees the eastcoast and southeastern United States. Chris is also an Air Force veteran, an avid outdoorsman, a member of his church’s praise team, a local announcer, a coach, and a champion for QC’s TAT program.
Thad Felton
Thad Felton serves as a Senior Director – Operations for Quality Carriers. In this role, he uses his extensive experience to oversee our operations in the Southwestern United States.
Neil Bartley
Neil has built an impressive resume of manufacturing and transportation experience over his career, and now serves as the VP – West Coast and Canada for Quality Carriers. In this role, he uses his experience to oversee and enhance our operations across the West Coast and throughout Canada.
Bobby Brinkley
With over 35 years of experience in business and leadership roles, Bobby has a strong passion for leadership, creativity, attention to detail, and the consistent delivery of high quality work. In his role, he challenges the status quo and seeks to enhnace the overall experience for our drivers, ICs, staff, and customers. Before joining QC, Bobby served in the United States Marine Corps and served in Law Enforcement.
David Maxim
David is the Senior Director – Operations for Quality Carriers. He has been in the logistics industry since 2002 and provides incredible insight to support our drivers and customers.
Rob Wazac
Rob has over two decades of experience in the logistics industry, and has been with QLS for nearly a decade. He expertly manages his team to deliver creative, cost effective, and timely solutions to tackle daunting logistics challenges.
